Sarah Sheridan

Sarah Sheridan is a British author of mystery and psychological thriller novels, known for creating dark, compelling stories filled with suspense, secrets and unexpected twists.

Born in London and now living in a village in South Northamptonshire, Sarah holds a master’s degree from the prestigious Courtauld Institute of Art. Before becoming an author, she spent thirteen years teaching art in secondary schools.

Her growing collection of mystery and thriller novels include The Convent, The Disciple, The Tormented, Devil’s Play, Girl in Bed Three, A Perfect Family, The Temptress, The Ghostwriter and The Key. Her fiction explores the darker side of human nature, drawing readers into worlds where appearances can be deceptive, motives are rarely straightforward and the truth is never quite what it seems.

A passionate lifelong reader, Sarah has accumulated a book collection that is rapidly exceeding the available space to contain it. When she isn’t writing her next thriller, she divides her time between her three children, a lively menagerie of pets and her partner, Rich.

She is also rarely far from a cup of coffee, a good book—or both.
