Julie Martin-Jones and her family live in North Yorkshire. She has always been interested in the written word, preferring books to people, despite many years as a nurse working with predominantly older people who often inspired her with their stories and personalities.
She took early retirement to explore her long-term passion for writing and to travel with her photographer husband before settling down to collaborate on a book with her fellow author.
