Fisher King
Fiona Bolser studied Creative Writing at Bretton Hall College and then completed a PGCE in English and Drama. She went on to become a High school teacher for over thirty years; working in some of the largest secondary schools in Yorkshire. She has taught in both the UK and Dubai.
Fiona also helped to set up a successful Theatre Company and still loves working with actors. When she retired she found that she could finally spend time on her first love – writing. She had the time and opportunity to write that all elusive first novel, Cut and Paste.
She loves walking on the Ilkley Moor, listening to Radio 4, visiting museums and reading fiction. She has two grown-up sons and a large, loud and interesting family.
