Christopher Ford was born in Bristol, UK, in 1964. He went from being a drummer in a punk band to staying on a kibbutz in Israel. He then became a Psychiatric Charge nurse in various lock-up facilities before retraining as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

He moved to Portugal for a life of beach and sun, working with Elite Athletes, Formula 1 Racing Drivers, and Ryder Cup Golfers. He then fell into an entrepreneurial world of business and corporate ups and downs before achieving success.

Then came the lockdowns and madness that took it all away. Chris says, "I started to write as a cathartic distraction from disturbing events outside of my control. Suddenly I realised there was a hell of a lot of content! So, it's all coming out and most of it seems to reside in the 'dark comedy' files."
