Leigh draws from lessons in her strategic and operational leadership experience as well as her work as a coach, facilitator and speaker around the world. Leigh combines her own 8-point Inspiring Leadership model, leading coaching methods and the latest research in neuroscience to create insight, support and challenge leaders to make behavioural change and a positive impact. Leigh brings practical tools and techniques for immediate transferable skills to create authentic leaders that successfully inspire others and build high performing teams and businesses.
Leigh has a particular passion for changing the landscape for developing women in the workplace. Leigh continues with her ongoing research on the topic of ‘Inspiring Leadership’ and ‘Inspiring Women Leaders’, developing programmes tools and initiatives to drive greater leadership excellence As CEO of Clareo Potential, Lee sources top Executive Coaches, Business Psychologists and Leadership Consultants to deliver world-class Talent, C-Suite and Executive Development solutions. She has led the design and delivery of global high-flier development programmes, leadership benchmarking and assessment.
As a philanthropist, Leigh is an Ambassador, mentor and fundraiser for a variety of charities through the concept of ‘Tithings’ – Give back 10% profits, resource and/or time. She has launched her new Force4Inspiration campaign as part of the Inspiring Leadership Trust. This includes expeditions and experience for Women In Business who are keen to stretch their personal development, whilst making a greater difference to society through fundraising and opportunities to personally get involved. Leigh also works with a variety of independent suppliers as part of an alliance that cuts out the middle-man, where all take part in the ‘Tithings’ programme.
