Welcome to Fisher King Publishing

The Little Book of Philosophy
ISBN 978-1-906377-49-6

When the authors set out to gather philosophical quotations for this book they did so with two factors in mind. The first, that the sheer number of quotations available would be impossible to store within a pocket reference. This, in turn, neatly supported the second factor - the quotations used should lean toward the inspirational, ergo they should not have the reader looking for a short length of rope and a tall tree.

This small selection of words, given to us by some of the greatest thinkers across the ages, have been chosen as much for their brilliance as for the simplicity with which the complex has been stated. Enjoy.
